Return and Exchanges

Due to a high volume of Fraud and the miss-use of Ai, tn this country, every concern will be on a case by case bases. 

No returns especially on One of a Kind items. This means if there is only one item  made of its kind in stock. Returns cannot be made unless a mistake has been made on my part. Should that be the case, I'd be more than happy to correct the issue,  only when communicated within 1 day (24 hours) of the buyer receiving the order (which means within 24 hours of the order being delivered to the buyer - the post office will send the notification as such). Be sure to read the full description of the item prior to purchase and submit any inquiries to Missy’s Nerd Boutique before purchasing.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on any order. No refunds will be given on items lost in the mail. If you would like to purchase insurance please let me know when you place the order. Cancellations will not be accepted.

If the product arrives damaged please message me with actual non Ai pictures and I will supply you a prepaid shipping package to return the item. Due to high volume of fraud and Ai, a picture is just not enough. A full refund (minus shipping) will be provided once the full order has been mailed back to Missys Nerd Boutique.
